Staff was friendly, signage was easy to follow, and parking is free in midtown. They had a good selection into the evening and they were still baking fresh around 7:30pm. They offered to warm up some of my cookies which was a nice touch, and they offered me a fork too which was great because I definitely started eating in the car lol. I would definitely go back

We popped in on a whim for some sweet treats after dinner, and I’m really glad we did! Was a little hard to find, but then saw the signs directing us to the back of the building. We got ice cream and ate outside on the table there. Ice cream was really yummy and unique - I’ve not had a flavor like the Dubai before. We got the chocolate chip and brown sugar toffee cookies to go, but of course they didn’t make it home 😅. Absolutely delicious with the perfect soft texture - you could absolutely tell they were fresh cookies.

Very busy on a Saturday morning- and it’s obvious why! The cinnamon rolls are incredible. I highly recommend the biscoff cinnamon rolls they were our family favorite. The place is clean. The owner is there helping to make the desserts. There isn’t anywhere to sit and eat, this is a pick up and take home to your family kind of thing. Overall very happy with what we got!

I visited Sugar Shane’s in Midtown Atlanta today for the first time. The staff were welcoming and extremely friendly as soon as you walk through the door. They recommended the Cinnamon Rolls since it was Saturday and also specialty goods that were rotational. The cinnamon rolls are to die for! I had the original and blueberry. The banana pudding cookie was absolutely delicious as well! I can’t wait to come back and try new flavors.

Sugar Shane’s is the real deal! The cookies were absolutely amazing—fresh, warm, and packed with flavor. But what really made the experience special was the service. Mike and Disco took great care of me and my cuzzo and made us feel completely welcomed. The energy, the hospitality, and the vibe made it feel like a true ATL experience. If you’re in Atlanta and love great cookies, this spot is a must!
